Job Title: Residential Healthcare Specialist

Golf Care Homes is looking for an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Residential Healthcare Specialist. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

As a Residential Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, including:

  • Delivering person-centred care that meets individual needs and preferences
  • Leading the care team to achieve outstanding care outcomes
  • Maintaining effective communication and relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Administering medicines and managing wounds in accordance with policy
  • Conducting staff supervisions and appraisals, and contributing to staff development
