Social Work Position in Children and Families Services

Join our dynamic team as a Social Work Specialist in Children and Families Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified social worker to gain valuable experience and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to assess and support vulnerable children and families, developing effective plans to promote their well-being and safety. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the needs of service users.
The salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a generous annual leave entitlement.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
