Job Description

The role involves working closely with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to support their recovery process.

  • Leading on social care needs and ensuring service users and their families/carers are aware of their legal rights
  • Taking an active role in safeguarding within the multidisciplinary team

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of service users
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to service users and their families
  • Liaising with external agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive care

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a pension scheme, employee referral scheme, and more.
