Adults Community Social Work Professional

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. This role involves working in Adults Community, providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults.
Responsibilities:
- To undertake comprehensive assessments, developing tailored care plans that address the individual needs of service users.
- To build strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- To contribute to the overall mission of Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, providing exceptional service and supporting the growth and development of our clients.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in social work or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the Social Work England register.
- At least 2 years of experience in adult social care, preferably in a frontline role.
- Strong knowledge of the Care Act and its application in practice.
Paid Rates and Benefits:
