Job Title: Senior Social Care Professional
About the Role:
- This exciting opportunity allows a qualified professional to make a positive impact in the lives of adults requiring social care support.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in working with individuals aged 65+, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and/or hospital settings.
Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough assessments for adult social care, ensuring accurate and effective interventions.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet individual needs.
Requirements:
- A minimum 2-year post-experience requires a Social Work qualification.
- A Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW with at least 1 year of post-ASYE experience is mandatory.
Benefits:
- $35.00 per hour (PAYE payment options available)
- Paid weekly allowance of $150 (Umbrella option available)
