Job Description:

About the Team:

  • We work closely with local authorities, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
  • A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $35.00 per hour (PAYE payment options available)
  • Paid weekly allowance of $150 (Umbrella option available)
  • Access to on-site parking facilities
  • Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options
