Job Summary:
As an Experienced Social Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
• Conducting thorough assessments of adult social care needs.
• Developing and implementing effective intervention plans.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum 2-year post-experience requires a Social Work qualification. A Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW with at least 1 year of post-ASYE experience is mandatory.
