We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Group Leader to join our team at Childbase Partnership Limited. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and education for children aged 1-2 years old.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and support a team of Early Year's Educators, ensuring that they feel nurtured, supported, and motivated to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will also be responsible for promoting partnership working, championing inclusive practices, and being sensitive to the needs of others.

To be successful in this role, you must hold an early years qualification at level three or above and have demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting. You should also have excellent EYFS knowledge and be passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners.

In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive annual salary of £30,326.40-£33,696 (based on a 40-hour workweek), up to 50 paid days off work per year, and a range of benefits including childcare discount, retail discounts, and 'recommend a friend' bonuses.

As a Team Leader, you will work closely with our Recruitment and Compliance Team to ensure a smooth onboarding process. This includes providing evidence of your Right to Work (RTW) in the UK, undertaking an enhanced DBS check, and obtaining satisfactory references.
