As a Caring Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to develop authentic relationships with residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive living environment, liaising with other professionals, and completing support documents to record important information.
This role requires a high level of autonomy, as you will be working independently to provide support to young people in our care. However, you will not be alone, as you will receive regular support and oversight from your manager, as well as training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Our OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £29,750 - £31,401 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you can expect:

We are seeking candidates with at least one year's experience of working with young people. Ideally, you will have a genuine commitment to supporting young people to achieve their full potential, as well as an understanding of the issues facing young people. You should also have knowledge of the leaving care legislation and benefits system, as well as the ability to cope effectively with challenging behaviour.
