Domiciliary Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domiciliary Care Professional to join our team at Blu Havn Care LTD in Rochdale. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of managing high-quality care services and be passionate about delivering exceptional support to individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, direct, and deliver person-centred care and support that meets the highest standards.
- Maintain CQC compliance and ensure rigorous auditing processes are in place.
- Ensure the safeguarding of individuals' welfare and well-being.
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively, ensuring staff are aware of their responsibilities.
- Nurture business relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Train and mentor staff, identifying areas for development and improvement.
- Proven experience as a manager within a domiciliary/homecare setting.
- A strong background in managing services with 'good' CQC ratings.
- Extensive knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage workload efficiently.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as required due to the nature of the business.
- Valid driving license.
