Mental Health Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Professional to join our team at Look Ahead Care And Support in London. As a Mental Health Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 18-25 who require assistance with daily living activities, such as budgeting, cooking, and establishing routines. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting key work sessions, managing referrals, and maintaining accurate records. The estimated salary for this role is £27,352 per annum, based on 40 hours of work per week.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in complex mental health environments and be able to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for service users. You will be required to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the needs of each service user are met, and that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
