We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our Mental Health Young People service in London.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on young people's lives. As a Support Worker, you will work with individuals aged 18-25 who have experienced mental health challenges, providing them with support and guidance to achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people or individuals with mental health issues and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, conducting key work sessions, and collaborating with other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes.
You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, complete assessments, and participate in regular meetings to discuss client progress. If you are a motivated and empathetic individual who is committed to delivering high-quality support services, we encourage you to apply for this role.
