Business Growth Leader

beBee Professionals is seeking a seasoned Business Growth Leader to spearhead our sales team's success in Stoke-on-Trent, UK.
Compensation: £55,000 - £75,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
We require a results-driven Business Growth Leader to oversee the sales team's performance, develop and implement successful sales strategies, build and maintain strong client relationships, monitor sales performance, conduct market research, and train sales staff.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and team management skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sales Manager or in a comparable leadership position.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Certification in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (desired).
