Manufacturing Business Growth Consultant

Are you looking for a challenging role that allows you to progress your career and make a real impact? As a Manufacturing Business Growth Consultant at Silbo Select Ltd, you will have the opportunity to promote our cutting-edge products to key sectors and drive business growth.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities in ST, WV, DY, TF, SY, and LL postcodes. You will work closely with our Regional Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote cutting-edge products and solutions to key sectors, including Manufacturing, Automotive, and Aerospace
- Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Work from home, with regular check-ins with the Regional Manager
Requirements:
- Successful sales experience in metal cutting tools, preferably with a mechanical engineering qualification or technical apprenticeship
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to read and understand Engineering drawings
- Experience in CNC machining or programming machines
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Ongoing product training and development opportunities
- A comprehensive induction programme to help you settle into the role
Estimated salary based on location: £55,000 per annum.
