Business Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Stoke-on-Trent. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing business growth strategies, and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive long-term success, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and expand our client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Proven experience as a Business Growth Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and expansion.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management principles, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive base salary of £45,000 per annum, with commissions and bonuses available.
