Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive long-term success, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Growth Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management principles, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
