Business Growth Associate

Pareto, a dynamic player in the manufacturing/tech industry, is looking for a driven Business Growth Associate to contribute to the company's expansion. This challenging role involves working closely with senior account managers to drive sales, developing relationships with new clients, and expanding existing business streams.
The position offers a competitive basic salary of £25k, as well as opportunities for profit share, comprehensive support and training, and lucrative incentive and bonus schemes. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of commercial awareness, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a self-driven approach to success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Gaining a thorough understanding of Pareto's offerings and the marketplace they operate within
- Supporting senior account managers with up and cross-selling into larger accounts
- Independently managing and growing lower-spending client relationships
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new clients
- Developing an understanding of clients' needs and selling tailored solutions
Requirements:
- Degree-level education (desired but not essential)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Self-motivated, driven, and ambitious individual
