Job Type and Location: Full-time, permanent position available in a hybrid work environment.

Salary Information: £40,000 - £70,000 per annum + commission, reflecting the company's commitment to fair compensation.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in identifying and qualifying leads, resulting in new business opportunities with both existing and new clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Successfully establish new customer accounts
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients through exceptional communication and rapport-building skills

Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced lighting protocols (DALI/DMX/RDM)
