About the Role

SGS UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and securing new partnerships relating to the Business Assurance Digital Trust division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use existing knowledge within the digital marketplace to sell services such as auditing, AI, and cyber security standards.
  • Identify, contact, and develop new customers who have never previously traded with SGS.
  • Create compelling business cases to encourage customers to place work with SGS.
  • Generate new business revenue, meeting strategic and budgetary goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues promoting SGS services across businesses and services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within a technical B2B sales environment.
  • Full driving license for use in the UK.
  • Strong sales background with a focus on IT, data, and auditing services.
  • Ability to sell a service as opposed to a product.
