Control Freak UK, a leading provider of innovative lighting solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join their team.
Salary
£40,000 - £70,000 per annum + commission.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves developing business from new customer accounts, meeting sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through new business development and expansion of existing client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years' experience in sales and business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of advanced lighting protocols (DALI/DMX/RDM)
