Overview

Control Freak UK, a leading provider of innovative lighting solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join their team.

Salary
£40,000 - £70,000 per annum + commission.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves developing business from new customer accounts, meeting sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive sales growth through new business development and expansion of existing client base
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  3. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  1. 3+ years' experience in sales and business development
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  4. Understanding of advanced lighting protocols (DALI/DMX/RDM)
