$120,000 - $180,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation efforts in EMEA. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies tailored to the EMEA market, drive high-quality leads, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and targeting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel campaigns across email marketing, digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and events.
  • Collaborate with the global demand generation team, customer marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, sales, and field marketing teams to align on goals, messaging, and targeting.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Regional VP of Marketing and the HQ team.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in B2B demand generation.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with a US-based team.
  • Experience building out multi-channel programs and processes.
  • Understanding of demand and pipeline generation best practices, new trends, and technology.
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in marketing automation and CRM capabilities (SFDC, Marketo, 6Sense a plus).
