Job Description


  As a Product Innovation Strategist at Contentsquare, you will be responsible for developing brand-new customer outcomes for our Product Analytics and Digital Experience Analytics product lines. Your role will involve leveraging experimentation, breaking down projects into achievable milestones to effectively iterate to the best solution.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  To excel in this role, you will need:



  • A data-informed approach to product management, relying on data for your decision-making and for quantifying the potential and actual impact of initiatives.
  • An ability to approach topics with systems thinking, simplifying potentially complex collaborative product workflows in order to deliver concrete customer outcomes.
  • Experience in leveraging Product Analytics solutions (e.g., Heap, Amplitude, Pendo) and Digital Experience Analytics solutions (Session Replay, Heatmaps).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration and communication across teams.
  • A drive to understand the customer through continuous customer discovery and user research, at all stages of the development lifecycle.
  • A keen eye for usability and aesthetics, ensuring that product experiences are user-friendly, simple, and visually appealing.
