Type 2 Diabetes Clinical Lead

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Type 2 Diabetes Clinical Lead to join their team in a permanent capacity. This role involves developing and implementing diabetes care pathways across the country, as well as providing clinical leadership to a team of healthcare professionals.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing Type 2 diabetes in primary care, with a strong focus on patient education and support. A Diabetes diploma or equivalent qualification is required, along with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
The salary for this position is £45,000 per year, plus a range of benefits including an annual bonus incentive scheme and company pension.
