About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Type 2 Diabetes Advisor to join our nationwide team, working in primary care across various locations in the UK. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality care to improve patient outcomes, in line with local and national Diabetes guidelines (NG28).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work proactively to identify sub-optimally controlled patients with Type 2 diabetes
  • Optimise oral therapy and conduct point of care testing
  • Refer patients for specialist insulin treatment when necessary

Requirements:
A registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care, you will have excellent communication skills, strong clinical knowledge, and experience working in primary care. You will also be committed to professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest Diabetes guidelines.

What We Offer:
The annual salary is around £45,000 + package, including an annual bonus incentive scheme worth up to 10% of your annual salary, car allowance or company car, company pension, private medical insurance, NMC/RCN fees, monthly broadband contribution, daily lunch allowance, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
