About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Tutor Support Officer to join our team at Learning Curve Group. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our employability programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our employability tutors, including onboarding and weekly calls to maintain effective communication.
  • Liaise with the Pathways Manager to address any issues or concerns related to tutors.
  • Respond to tutor queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Issue tutors with necessary information and documentation to ensure they have the resources needed to deliver effective programs.
  • Process employability course requests and analyze weekly overdue reports to address any issues.
  • Monitor and process DBS applications for learners, as well as process completions and withdrawal requests.
  • Ensure delivery plans are up-to-date by amending CCRs to reflect any changes in delivery.
  • Process applications for eligible learners' badges/cards/licenses upon successful completion of SIA/CSCS/Taxi programs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Business Administration level 2 qualification or equivalent experience.
