**About Avec Sport**
Avec Sport have a longstanding heritage, supplying premium quality team kits and training wear to professional football clubs throughout the Premier League and Football Leagues. Since launching in 1993 as the Official Kit Supplier to Sunderland AFC, Avec Sport has continued to supply a large portfolio of professional clubs; Avec have been proud partners to: Crystal Palace, Doncaster Rovers, Barnsley, Scunthorpe and Avec are currently Official Kit Suppliers to EFL League One Side Bradford City.
The team take pride in supplying every level of the game as we recognise the importance of Grassroots Football in the development of future teams and players. Therefore we understand the need to offer a level of service and quality that is parallel to the professional game. We are involved with supplying over 1,000 Grassroots Football Teams, and we are building our portfolio of Football Academies, Schools, Colleges and Universities and we welcome any other Sporting Organisations. Avec also has a credible reputation of supplying team wear for other sports, from professional Cricket Clubs such as Durham, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Gloucestershire, to professional Rugby clubs including, Castleford, Gateshead Thunder, Halifax Blue Sox and Wakefield.
**Job Summary**
**Main duties of the role include**
- Process new sales leads and opportunities, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Answer phone calls and interact with clients as needed, providing a professional and courteous experience.
- Assist customers within our showroom, offering guidance and information on our products.
- Monitor and update the company CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, addressing enquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Maintain a high level of after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Manage client complaints in accordance with established procedures, resolving issues in a professional manner.
**What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive**
The successful applicant will complete and obtain a L3 Business Administration Qualification through Learning Curve Group.
You will be taught through:
- 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
- 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training
- The course is a 14 month long programme

- Capable of working independently and taking initiative, as well as collaborating within the Sales Team.
- Ideally have an interest in sport and sportswear.
**Requirements**:
- GCSE in English at grade A-C
- A qualification in Business with be desirable but not essential.
