Responsibilities:

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide support to students with special needs, including those with autism
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and adapt instructional materials
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students as needed
- Support students during transitions between activities

**Skills**:

- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to mentor and motivate students to achieve their educational goals
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
- Patience and compassion when working with students who may require additional support or accommodations

In this role, you will assist in implementing lesson plans, providing one-on-one or small group tutoring, and supporting students during transitions. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues is essential.

**Salary**: £90.00-£92.00 per day
