Job Title: SEN Tutor - Education Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SEN Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching Careers. As an SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering tailored 1:1 lessons to support the educational development of students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Deliver high-quality 1:1 lessons to support students in achieving their academic and personal goals
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless transition and support for students
  • Monitor and report on student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Strong knowledge of SEN policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
