About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join HBX Group as a Key Account Manager TPS, focusing on commercial relationship management in Europe. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and/or sales within the Travel industry, with a solid understanding of XML Distribution. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing existing partnerships, acquiring new ones, and driving production growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Travel Partners in assigned geography
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing and/or sales within the Travel industry
