Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Relationship Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing commercial relationships with our Scheme Partner Suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

The Commercial Relationship Director will be responsible for:

  • Managing contracts to achieve the optimum balance between customer needs and commercial value.
  • Identifying and reporting commercial savings through initiative programmes.
  • Continuously improving operational processes and overseeing the planning, execution, and implementation of initiatives within Scheme Partner Suppliers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to coach and perform management.
  • Strong commercial thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A data-driven approach to manage partner costs and ensure a value-added approach without impacting the customer experience.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:

  • An annual discretionary bonus.
  • 15% non-contributory pension.
  • Life assurance at 4 times basic salary.
