Job Title: Commercial Relationship Nurturer

Role Overview:
Nurture existing commercial relationships with connected Travel Partners in Europe and grow production.

Key Objectives:
  • Achieve OM and TTV Targets by connecting and optimizing new and existing Travel Partners connections.
  • Develop strong commercial relationships with existing and new Travel Partners assigned and discuss plans for product optimization
  • Monitor the production of the Travel Partners assigned and take action accordingly to maximize the opportunity towards reach of TTV and OM Targets.
  • Increase OM via supplier income and margin actions.
  • Finalize contracts with new Travel Partners as per pipeline and renew/amend existing contracts as needed.
  • Build commercial strength and acumen to be able to negotiate at senior level with Travel Partners.
  • Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Experience on sourcing and/or sales within Travel industry
  • Advisable to have a commercial/technical knowledge of XML Distribution

Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of sourcing and distribution strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess gaps and opportunities
  • Result driven and passionate.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and adhere to priorities in a fast pace environment.
  • Good knowledge of the travel industry and XML distribution.
  • Advanced user on: Excel, Powerpoint, MS Office, Tableau, Atlas, Accelerate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with all audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • English Speaker. Spanish advisable

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per annum.
