Role Overview:We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our commercial team, driving sales and retention for a portfolio of accounts. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and business growth.
- Sales and Retention: Achieve sales and retention targets for a portfolio of new customers.
- Multichannel Communication: Utilise phone, email, and WhatsApp to communicate with customers in France and Belgium.
- Quick Relationship Building: Rapidly develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and retention for assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Utilise effective communication channels to engage with customers.
This role is ideal for those with previous sales experience working with SMB or mid-market clients, excellent communication skills in English and French, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
