We are looking for a Commercial Relationship Manager to join our Clarion Events team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic B2B commercial role, responsible for maximizing revenues across our highly established B2B events from an existing set of customer accounts.

As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients while driving new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be to build and nurture relationships, maximize revenue opportunities, and ensure customer success through strategic event sponsorships and brand activations.

About the Role
  • Client Management: Oversee a portfolio of 75-100 existing customers, ensuring delivery of exceptional service and expansion of business opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and continued partnership.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, Head of Sales, and other internal teams to drive commercial strategy success.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a robust network, particularly in face-to-face interactions.
  • Previous sales account management experience within a commercial role (any live events or digital media sales experience would be beneficial).
  • Experience of using CRM systems and preferably Salesforce.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
