Workforce Development Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturer based in the heart of Carlisle, producing some of the world's most well-known sweet treats. We are currently seeking an experienced Workforce Development Manager to join their team and contribute to their success.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the site has the right labour to meet budgeted volumes, implementing a process for reviewing labour establishment, and managing overtime spend versus agreed budgets. You will also be expected to develop a Labour Management system and process, support training plans, and deliver ongoing training programs to meet target volumes.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and practical skills, with the ability to manage at a site level. They should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop direct reports. The salary range for this position is £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
