Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Operations Manager to join our team at Riverside Recruitment. As a Workforce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the contract workforce at our busy manufacturing site in Carlisle.

Your main responsibilities will include managing the temporary workers, ensuring they are working effectively and adhering to health and safety guidelines. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the factory management team to ensure the recruitment campaign is delivered on time and to the contract requirements.

In addition to your management responsibilities, you will also be involved in project management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and problem-solving to address any issues that may arise. We require someone with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills to build good relationships with the workers on-site and the factory team.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the factory, including staffing, attendance, and performance. You will work closely with the factory team and the internal team to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. Your ultimate responsibility will be the delivery of the recruitment plan and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure deadlines are achieved.

You will also be responsible for monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and problem-solving to address any issues that may arise. If you have a proactive attitude and can build good relationships with the workers on-site and the factory team, we want to hear from you
