Labour Workforce Coordinator

Riverside Recruitment is seeking a highly organised Labour Workforce Coordinator to join our team in Carlisle. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £33,000 plus a quarterly bonus.

In this key role, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the temporary workforce, ensuring they are working efficiently and safely. You'll also coordinate with the factory team to determine staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment campaign.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the temporary workforce: Ensure workers are working efficiently and safely.

  4. Monitoring performance: Track attendance, work quality, and productivity.
