Job Description

We are seeking a Regional HR Advisor to provide an outstanding HR service to an internal client group in Scotland.

The role will be based in our Edinburgh office with travel to Aberdeen too.

You'll work closely with managers to provide generalist HR support across the full employee experience, including working with our trainees on their development pathways.

You will be working as a part of a large and experienced team, so lots of opportunity to learn, expand your knowledge and work on new and exciting things.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relation experience required.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified.
  • Experience of being in a generalist HR role.
