We are currently recruiting a great opportunity for a Front Desk Agent to join our Workplace Services hub area in Birmingham. This is a permanent (full-time) role that provides the highest level of customer service, presenting an approachable and efficient image of Barnett Waddingham when welcoming external and internal visitors to our offices.

The Front Desk Agent will provide training support for receptionists where needed and deliver concierge contact services, including first point of contact for all colleagues and visitors, meeting management, receptionist duties, and administration support for the office.

A Snapshot of Your Day:

  • Manage reception cover rota and work distribution for absences and out-of-hours events.
  • Manage daily office checklist and ensure Front of House manual and meeting room manuals are regularly maintained.
  • Support development and skills training of receptionists.
  • Deputise for Office and Facilities Supervisor and carry out routine arrangements, as instructed.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
