Job Summary

  • We're seeking a skilled Receptionist to fill a 6-month maternity cover position at our Aston office.

About the Role

  • This exciting opportunity will allow you to become part of our friendly Aston team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, manage calls, and provide ad hoc administrative support to our team members.
  • Verify IDs, issue visitor passes, and maintain a well-organized reception area to create a positive first impression.

Requirements

  • Customer Service experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
