Main Responsibilities:

  • Sets up meeting rooms, prepares necessary equipment, and ensures everything functions correctly.
  • Accompanies clients to meeting rooms, provides clear directions, and offers assistance as needed.
  • Processes post and deliveries, distributes items efficiently, and maintains a professional attitude throughout.
