Corporate Reception and Administrative Assistant

American Family Care, Inc. is seeking a skilled Corporate Reception and Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our executive staff members, ensuring seamless operations within our Corporate Office.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Greeting clients and managing their inquiries with a friendly and professional tone.
- Answering multi-line phones efficiently, directing calls to the correct personnel.
- Processing and sorting internal and external mail, signing for packages, and handling other front office tasks.
- Collaborating with various departments on special projects, utilizing effective communication skills to drive success.
Requirements
This position requires 1-3 years of related experience and/or training. Previous clerical experience is highly desirable. A clear and articulate phone voice, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), are essential qualifications.
