Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Receptionist/Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who can provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and support the team with accounts-related duties.

About the Role:
  • Customer Service: Deliver a welcoming and professional reception service for visitors and clients, both in-person and via phone or email.
  • Front Desk Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Administration: Assist the team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Accounts Support: Provide basic invoicing and accounts-related support under the supervision of the accounts team.
  • Office Coordination: Maintain a tidy and efficient reception area, order supplies, and support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:15 am – 5:00 pm, Friday: 8:15 am – 1:45 pm (37 hours per week)

Salary: £13.00 per hour
