About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Administrator to join our HR team on a six-month fixed term contract or secondment. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our new joiners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policy standards, and contributing to delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

  • Manage compliance checks, including DBS, right-to-work documentation, and references.
  • Handle recruitment administration and create accurate records across HR systems.
  • Support temporary worker requests and liaise with third-party suppliers.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers, colleagues, and candidates on recruitment processes.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and act as an ambassador for the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proficiently use MS Office applications and databases to manage recruitment administration.
