Senior Sales Business Development Manager

Melber Flinn is a specialist healthcare recruitment business, placing management change and leadership professionals into NHS and private healthcare organisations across the UK.
We are working with a rapidly expanding biotech company that designs and manufactures mobile workstations and other powered devices for laboratory environments in the NHS and pharma industries.
The client is looking for an experienced sales professional to cover the North of England as an Account Manager, responsible for leading front-line sales, identifying new customers, and building meaningful relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading sales efforts to existing and new customers
- Collaborating with Business Development Managers to identify new leads and opportunities
- Utilizing CRM systems to manage pipelines and optimize conversions
- Providing exceptional after-sales service and support
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience selling physical products into NHS customer bases
- Confidence in liaising with senior contacts within NHS environments
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving license
This permanent role offers a basic salary of £60,000, a generous bonus scheme taking OTE to £90,000, and a company vehicle. The role would be based from home with travel to client sites expected.
