Job Title: Regional Sales Business Developer
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Business Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the optometry business in the defined territory, mainly through optometrists.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to develop effective relationships with key customers. They will also be responsible for creating a clear stakeholder map per account, including decision makers, influencers, and access generators.
We offer a competitive salary up to £45,000 and a bonus scheme up to 15-20% of salary. Company car/Car allowance is also included.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Have a full understanding of the Customer, their needs, and their environment in each Key Account.
- Create a clear and effective stakeholder map per account, including decision makers, influencers, and access generators.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date customer records in line with company processes and policies and utilize this data for planning and reports.
- Provide comprehensive training for new accounts.
