Regional Sales Director

As a Regional Sales Director with Mitchell Maguire, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the North region. You will lead a team of dedicated field sales professionals, tasked with expanding our presence in regional housebuilders, social housing, and private developers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field sales, particularly within the construction industry. They must possess strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to handle complex product portfolios. A solid understanding of interior building products, flooring, and finishes is essential.
