CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Leeds area. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue through account development and relationship-building.

 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
 
• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
 
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
 
• Conduct sales and lettings valuations
 
• Manage and develop the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
 
• Prior Branch Manager experience is essential
 
• Proven track record in managing people and leading a team
 
• Experience in generating and winning new business
 
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed KPIs while providing outstanding customer service
 
• Full UK driving licence
 
• ARLA or RICS qualification is desirable
