Regional Business Development Manager

Flen Health is a pioneering international pharmaceutical and medical device company with ambitious growth plans in the UK.
We are seeking an experienced Territory Business Manager to reinforce our sales department in Yorkshire, covering West Yorkshire, Humber, and Vale including North Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of territory sales experience within wound care or pharmaceutical, with excellent oral and written communication skills, strong customer focus, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities include promoting and selling Flen Health products, managing regional sales strategies, maintaining CRM systems, and working closely with Marketing and Medical departments.
This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per year, flexible working ecosystem, enthusiastic colleagues, and attractive remuneration package.
