About This Opportunity

A Senior Regional Business Manager is needed to lead our North region's business development efforts. If you have experience in developing and implementing business plans, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams, this could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities
  • Regional Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a regional sales strategy, aligned with company objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, identify new opportunities, and work closely with the marketing team to position Hydrock for success.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the regional business development budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a green car leasing scheme.
