Regional Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled sales professional to join our team as a Regional Business Development Manager, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market areas within the West & South Yorkshire regions.
Main Responsibilities:- Delivering sales plans in line with National Sales Manager targets, while maintaining existing business and exceeding new business sales targets.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including OTs, Technical Officers, and contractors, to promote assistive technology solutions.
- Ensuring accurate meeting notes are kept and recorded via HubSpot, with any relevant information about the marketplace promptly entered onto the CRM system.
With an estimated salary of £42.5k basic + uncapped OTE + PRP bonus + car + health cash plan + excellent corporate benefits, this role offers a unique blend of challenge and reward.
The successful candidate will possess good knowledge of disability, its causes, and outcomes, and experience in solution-led technology and product-based sales.
