Sales Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales or Spray Shop Manager/Sprayer to join our client's sales team as a Sales and Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers to promote and sell products.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and funnel via the CRM.
  • Grow key accounts and achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Supply senior management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.

Candidate Requirements:
A strong candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship building attributes, well-organised, able to work on own initiatives, highly motivated self-starter with ability to succeed in a highly competitive market. Good working knowledge of wood coating and spray shop application processes would be advantageous.

Salary and Benefits:
An attractive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, plus sales commission package which could reach up to £15,000 per annum. Company car, fuel card, 23 days holiday.
